October 22, 2004![]() Most Iraqis don't care who wins U.S. electionBAGHDAD, Iraq - (KRT) - While domestic polls find the U.S. presidential election is too close to call, in Iraq few people are losing sleep picking between President Bush and Democratic challenger John Kerry. Overwhelmingly, they just don't care. In a survey of 1,285 Iraqis, 58.6 percent said the American elections didn't matter to them.
